In-House Programs:

Mainstage Productions
TCCT produces three to four mainstage productions a year. Participants are 9 to 18 years of age with auditions starting about 6 weeks before the scheduled opening date.

On The Scene
This program that goes beyond the stage and looks at the great stuff that goes on in the control booth, costume room and workshop. Courses of study delves into Set Design, Costuming, Lighting, Choreography, Directing and lots of other cool stuff that goes on before and during a performance. The goal? To mount a show, every spring, on the main stage that is entirely student produced! It will have a student director, a student stage manager, as well as student light technicians, prop master, costume designer and set designer. To be involved in an ‘On the Scene’ show, students will have to complete one or more levels of training in our ‘On the Scene’ program. The number of levels to be completed goes according to the age of the student; 9 to 11 year olds must complete level one. 12 to 15 year olds must complete levels one and two. Students 16 and up must complete all 3 levels. Equivalent training from other institutions will be accepted.

Li'L Broadway
In progress throughout the year, the Li'l Broadway program offers a series of classes in Broadway-style singing, acting and dance. At the end of each year (December) the program will culminate in a Broadway-style production, which is just like the original given Broadway hit only slightly shortened for an all student cast. See our Li'l Broadway Page for details about this terrific new program. [Back to Top]

Summer Performing Arts Camp

Visiting artists augment training with one-day special workshops in such thing as Mime, Play writing and Clowning. At the end of the session, students get to perform on the mainstage in a grand musical production. Classes begin in late June and run Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Such productions are written to be performed for and by adult participants and do not tend to be suitable for kids under 14 years of age. Tuition: $100. Entry by audition only. Auditions tend to be in late June with performances in early August. [Back to Top]

Junior Studio Workshop
